ABOUT MEXICAN & MARGARITAS

Jamie will guide you through making some of his favourite Mexican dishes including one the Masterchef judges said was “THE BEST TOSTADA THEY HAD EVER HAD”. All of this will be accompanied by a quick tequila and margarita masterclass. What more could you want?

HOW IT WORKS

You’ll be working individually to get the most learning possible in the time. Having said that, teamwork makes the dreamwork. This isn’t and exam! It’s going to be a fun night of learning, poor pronunciation and loads of flavour!

Jamie will be on the floor helping guide you through knife work, balancing flavours keeping the vibes high. Some items will be prepped prior to ensure the workload isn’t too stressful but everything will be explained so you can replicate the recipes at home with your take home recipe cards.

Once everything is ready to go, we will sit down and eat together, sharing our learnings and enjoying the fruits of our labour. It will also be a great opportunity to pick Jamie’s brain about his ideas on food, the Masterchef experience and a life in hospitality.
